Terms of Use
Super Bon Effective 12 October 2026
1. Who you are agreeing with
These terms are between you and Björn Ehlers, Sweden ("we", "us"). They are not an agreement with Apple. Apple is not responsible for Super Bon or for anything in these terms.
By using Super Bon you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the app.
2. What Super Bon is
An app for capturing musical ideas: you record, you add layers over what you recorded, and your work syncs to your other devices and to people you invite.
Super Bon is in beta. It is given to you as it is, so that it can be tested and improved. It may change, it may have faults, and features may be added or removed.
3. Your account
You need an account, and you create it by signing in with Apple. Keep your Apple Account secure — anyone who can sign in as you can reach your work.
One person, one account. Do not let anyone else use yours.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. See section 7 for what that does.
4. Your music is yours
You own everything you record and write in Super Bon. We claim no rights over your music.
You give us permission to store your recordings, send them between your devices, and show them to the people you invite to a Project — and only that. It is the permission needed to run the service for you, nothing more, and it ends when you delete the work or your account.
We will not use your recordings to train AI models, and we will not listen to them.
5. What you may not do
- Upload anything you do not have the right to upload
- Upload anything unlawful
- Use Super Bon to harass anybody, including people you share a Project with
- Try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service
- Resell or redistribute the app
We may suspend or close an account that does these things.
6. Sharing a Project
If you create a Project, it is yours: you decide who joins and you may remove them.
If you join someone else's Project, what you record there becomes part of their Project. If you leave, or if they remove you, your contributions stay with that Project — they are part of a piece of work somebody else is making. If they delete the Project, it goes for everybody, including you.
Invitations last two weeks and are for one person.
7. Ending it
You can delete any Project, or your whole account, at any time, from inside the app. Deleting is immediate and permanent: there is no trash and no recovery. Projects you created are deleted for everybody on them.
We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, or if we stop offering the service. If we stop offering Super Bon, we will give you reasonable notice and time to get your work out.
Export your work before you delete it. We cannot get it back for you.
8. Availability, and the limits of what we promise
We will make reasonable efforts to keep Super Bon working and your work safe, but Super Bon is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose. Super Bon is a capture tool, not a backup service and not an archive.
To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, revenue or profit. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
9. Apple
The following apply because Super Bon is distributed through the App Store:
- This agreement is between you and us alone. Apple is not a party to it.
- We, not Apple, are solely responsible for Super Bon and its content.
- Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for Super Bon.
- If Super Bon fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will
refund the purchase price, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to Super Bon.
- We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claim that Super Bon or your use of it
infringes intellectual property rights, fails to conform to legal requirements, or gives rise to product liability or consumer protection claims.
- You confirm you are not in a country subject to a US Government embargo or designated as
"terrorist supporting", and that you are not on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them
against you.
10. Changes
We may change these terms. If a change matters to you, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Super Bon after that means you accept the change.
11. Law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings there.
